Chad Tepley.
Chad Tepley has spent more than 25 years working in nearly every facet of the real estate industry, but his travels and personal experiences have most profoundly shaped his approach to development. He wanders through buildings and spaces around the world, collecting thoughts and taking notes on what makes a place memorable—and observing how people become inspired by their surroundings.
Architecture, history, design, and community engagement form the four pillars of how his buildings interact with people and the neighborhoods around them. For Mr. Tepley, this is where the work becomes exciting: where dreams and ideas materialize within walls and around every corner, eventually to be enjoyed by residents, visitors, and workers as they carry out their lives.
