CDT Realty's growing portfolio includes approximately $100 million in assets under management or development. The company seeks to acquire properties that fit any of the following criteria:

  • Total project size in excess of $5 Million

    • Multifamily: >50 units

    • Commercial: >25,000 square feet

    • Development Land: Zoned for Commercial/Multifamily with buildable SF >25,000 SF

  • Urban locations in the Midwestern United States

  • Under-utilized land sites zoned for multifamily development or with potential to be rezoned for multifamily development;

  • Value-add multifamily or mixed-use property types;

  • Under-performing assets in need of extensive renovations or cosmetic upgrades;

  • Properties with zoning or environmental risk;

  • Historic / landmark properties
