As President and Founder of CDT Realty Corporation, Chad Tepley has spent over 20 years in local and national commercial real estate engaged in nearly every facet of the business — capital markets, brokerage, investment sales, acquisitions, and development.  Prior to CDT Realty, Mr. Tepley transacted over $1.5 billion in real estate during his career in positions with Jones Lang Lasalle Americas Inc, Cedar Street Companies, Jameson Commercial, and Garrett Realty & Development. He received his degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and currently resides in southwest Minneapolis with his french bulldog, Charles.  Aside from his real estate work, Mr. Tepley has volunteered/lived/traveled internationally to over 50 countries and has worked with programs including Little Sisters of the Poor in Mombasa, Kenya, Bioandina Argentina & The Buenos Aires Zoo in Sierra Paileman, Argentina, New Life Home in Mombasa, Kenya, and Discover Rome in Rome, Italy.

Bensen M. Nyhus

Development & Asset Management

Bensen Nyhus joined CDT Realty in 2023 with a primary focus on asset management, development services, and investor reporting. Mr. Nyhus brings a diverse range of real estate experience to the company - from development and property/asset management to commercial leasing and sales. Prior to joining CDT, Mr. Nyhus worked with Hubble Homes - a Boise, ID-based developer focused on single- and multi-family development throughout Idaho. Mr. Nyhus graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and currently resides in the St. Anthony West neighborhood of Northeast Minneapolis.
